1. How much is shipping?
We ship only by DHL and use their shipping zones for that. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated after entering your address. Packages within Germany are shipped free of charge.
2. Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case you can ask for a return or exchange.
3. Can I order WOKEBY products without VAT
Yes. The value added tax is automatically calculated according the country of your invoice address. The only requirement for a tax free purchase is that both the invoice and the delivery address are located outside the EU. If you are interested to buy B2B you need to enter your VAT-ID number at checkout. As soon as the shop has verified your VAT number it will automatically update your order to B2B.
4. Will I receive an invoice for my order?
For each order placed with WOKEBY an invoice is issued immediately after the order is placed. This invoice will be sent to you automatically by e-mail after the purchase process. To receive a additional copy of your invoice, please contact us by email at wolfgang.kern@wokeby.de.
5. Can I change an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to make changes to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by e-mail at wolfgang.kern@wokeby.de.
6. Can I have WOKEBY products delivered outside the EU?
Yes. If invoice and delivery address are located in a non EU country we can sell without VAT included in our prices. For such purchases you usually have to pay import fees when receiving the goods.

8. Common delivery times
All paid orders that we receive before 8 PM are usually shipped the next working day.
- Germany: 1 day processing+ 2 days transport by DHL
- adjacent EU countries: 1 day processing + 2-4 days transport by DHL
- other EU countries: 1 day processing + 4 -10 days transport by DHL
- International: 1 day processing + 10 – 60 days transport by DHL
